Hair and hygiene are an important topic in the primal community, but it can be hard to find the proper solutions without extensive experimentation and research.
It can be something quite hard to manage considering 99.99% of people have been raised on and conditioned to use toxic products for your hair and hygiene, which do “work”, but cause damage to the body and the body’s natural processes.
Aluminum and other toxins in deodorant store in the body and prevent proper detox at the benefit of removing body odor. Shampoos and conditioner make your hair look and feel nice, at the cost of storing toxins in the brain and striping the natural oils from your hair, which interrupts the hairs natural cycle and causes overproduction of oils, leading to greasy hair and further use of shampoos and hair products.
There are a few methods that Aajonus has recommended that I will go into and a few methods that have come out of the holistic community.
I also want to show which toxins are commonly in hair or other hygiene products and explain the dangers of these ingredients.
Hair Formula
2 oz green vegetable juice
2 oz milk
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP coconut cream
1 egg
How to use
Don’t wet your hair first, just rub it in and leave it in your hair for 5 minutes before you wash it out with water.
Eggs
Or you can just use a raw egg on your hair. Just make sure that if gonna use a raw egg by itself, that you wet your hair before you put the egg on or else your hair's gonna smell like egg.
For some reason, if you put the egg on raw egg on your hair, whipped egg so yellow and the white mixed together. So, you put that on when it's wet your hair doesn't smell like egg for some reason.
Coconut Cream
1 part coconut cream - 9 parts water
1 TBSP coconut cream
1 cup of water with the coconut cream mixed into it
How To Use
I haven’t experimented enough with the quantities, but you can try more or less depending on how much hair you have.
This will make the hair oily for a few days, but it will go away. Also, this is great for strengthening and protecting the hair with a natural oil.
Coconut Oil Is Too Oily
The coconut oil. If you're going to put it on your scalp, you wanna put it on like your palm or on a plate, just a very thin layer. Put it on, separate your hair and go like this and put it all on your scalp.
You get your hair too oily; it may look cool...
Know your hair type
Lack of moisture is responsible for frizzy, dry, dull hair that’s prone to breakage.
There are two different kinds of hair: high porosity and low porosity.
High Porosity
Signs of high porosity
curly or coily hair
water and moisturizing products are quickly absorbed into your hair
your hair breaks easily
your hair is frizzy and dry
it doesn’t take much time for your hair to air dry
High porosity hair looks and feels dry, tends to be frizzy and tangles easily.
High porosity hair is able to take in a lot of moisture, but it releases it fast as well.
Black people have high porosity. Their hair is unable to hold on for moisture for long, in fact by the time they get out of the shower their hair is basically already dry.
Furthermore, it is quite frizzy and rarely shiny, unless straightened and rarely shiny, unless it has products applied to it.

Medium Porosity
medium porosity has has a balanced protein level, but it is still important to keep up with it.
although, some people with medium porosity tend to fall on the lower porosity end of the scale. You can test this by doing a protein treatment and if your curls or waves become loose afterwards and become dry or brittle then you have a protein sensitivity.
Low Porosity
low porosity hair is protein sensitive, so too much will make it stiff and brittle causing breakage
too many moisturization formulas like oils can cause buildup in the hair
avoid butters like Shea and cocoa butter which causes buildup in the hair and repels water, which can prevent moisture from being absorbed and cause a coating

Too Much Moisture
Depending on your hair type, whether it be dry or moisturized, will determine the amount of moisturizing products to use on your hair.
If you have thin hair and use too many moisturizing products then your hair will become oily because moisturizing shampoos contain oils, such as: argan oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil, coconut oil and olive oil or others like glycerin which absorbs moisture from the external environment.

Humectants to add water molecules to hair
The goal of hydrating your hair is to add water molecules to the hair strands, which can be done by using humectants.
Humectants absorb moisture from the environment and bind the water molecules to your hair strands.

The typical products used were petroleum and mineral oil.
Out of consumer concerns for the environment these have been replaced by plant-based oils and butter.
Common Sources of Emollients
Plant butter (Shea, Cocoa, mango, etc.)
Waxes (Bees waxes, carnauba wax, etc.)
Plant sources oils (coconut oil, sunflower oil, castor oil, olive oil, etc.)
Hydrocarbon based ingredients also offer the same results, and they are
C12-C15 alkyl benzoate
Cetyl lactate
Cetyl palmitate
Cetyl alcohol
Cetearyl alcohol
Squalene
I AM NOT RECOMMENDING TO USE COMMERCIAL SHAMPOOS
Even though I just went over all this hair product stuff, it is not the solution. I just wanted you to understand the basics of hair science, how the products work and what hair type you have so you can understand what natural treatments to use.
(1) Eggs
Eggs are a great source of hydrating fats, minerals and a great protein treatment. They provide vital nutrients and protein to support hair growth, moisturize and make the hair soft with the fat from the egg yolk and work like a conditioner.
They also do a great job at removing excess oil.
Although, if you have low porosity hair (thin, greasy) then you will have protein sensitivity and it will make your hair dry and brittle if used overtime exclusively.
This is a treatment to be used in conjunction with other treatments or to be mixed with other products.
A fat called lecithin is present in the egg which helps moisturize the hair. This fat is actually present in some hair products, but not in a raw state like in eggs.
Instructions
Wet hair, apply 1-3+ (depending on hair length) raw eggs and massage into hair for 2 - 5+ minutes. Wash out with lukewarm water.
(2) Coconut Cream
Coconut cream has the potential to make the hair oily, but not nearly as bad as coconut oil.
The hair is more likely to become greasy in low porosity hair (thin, greasy).
Coconut cream is more helpful for people with high porosity hair (dry, curly) because they are oil deficient because the oil in unable to flow from the scalp to cover all the hair follicles.
Furthermore, coconut cream increases hair moisture and elasticity, which prevents breakage significantly. I noticed it slightly reduced the vibrancy of hair colour, where as protein treatments or conditioners will bring out the vibrant colors of the hair.
Although, this is only temporary as the oil simply dampens the color from coating the follicle.
It will also drastically improve your skin health. By adding the oil into your hair, it will also get onto your skin immediately as it’s applied, but also continuously as it’s left in the hair as it rubs off onto the skin.
Although, you must be careful because the oil from the coconut cream can get into your eyes and cause irritation. This is not the case with other animal fats, except sour butter but it is less irritating than coconut oil.
Coconut cream is not coconut oil. It is the fat that comes from coconut meat when it is put through a juicer, preferably a Green Star juicer
Instructions
Mix 1 part coconut cream - 9 parts water. 1 TBSP coconut cream to 1 cup water.
Wet hair before applying or else it will become too oily. Massage mixture of coconut cream/water into hair for 2 - 5 minutes and then wash it out with water.
(3) Honey
Honey works as an emollient and as a humectant.
Humectant absorbs moisture from the environment into the hair.
Emollient helps the hair follicle maintain moisture making it appear smooth and shiny.
Honey contains glucose and an enzyme called glucose oxidase. This breaks down the glucose and leaves behind hydrogen peroxide which acts as a natural bleach in the hair.
If you leave it in for extended periods it can be used as a natural bleach.
(4) Milk and Cream
Milk and cream can moisturize hair and help repair split ends from dry and/or damaged hair.
Conditions the hair making it soft and smooth.
Protein in the milk can aid in hair growth.
Instructions
Pour 200 - 300 ml of raw milk into hair, then massage it in for 2 - 5 minutes or let it sit in the hair for up to 30 minutes if you have time.
Then wash it out with a mild cleanser like water.
Alternatively, mix it with other hair naturally hair products I have recommended or that you know of. (Next article I will have some more ideas)
(5) Butter
Butter works almost like a nourishing oil for the hair. It will make it more oily.
It will also make the hair growth thicker, twice as long and twice as fast.
Instructions
I don’t know the best way to apply it because I don’t get enough butter myself to experiment with it.
I would probably let the butter get warm and massage 1 - 2 TBSP into the hair out from the scalp depending on hair length, but I’m not sure.
(6) Apple Cider Vinegar
Helps detangle and remove excess oil from the hair by closing the cuticles.
Aids in maintaining hair vibrancy and color.
Coats the cuticle making the hair appear shiny, smooth and vibrant.
Removes frizz.
Removes hair buildup without damaging the hair.
Hair types
If you have low porosity (oily hair) then you can get away with using more of it. Especially if you have oil buildup from products.
If you have high porosity (dry hair) then you will need to use a higher ratio of water to ACV (apple cider vinegar) to prevent drying out your hair further and your scalp.
Instructions
Anywhere from 1/2 - 4 TBSP of ACV mixed with 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. It is recommended to start on the lower end of the spectrum til you find the amount that works for you.
Put this mixture into a plastic spray bottle, spray it into wet hair and massage. Let it sit for a few minutes.
At this point, you can either rinse it out or leave it in because it can help prevent tangles in long hair.
It is typically best to restrict this to 1-2 times per week as it can be too drying, but it depends on your hair type.
If your hair is quite oily after stopping using shampoo, then you may be able to get away with using it more often and over time you can use it less often. Some people may only need it once a month after adjusting.
Commercial moisturizers are all chemicals. They're not food, so they poison the cells. Remember, anything that's cooked has heavy metals and toxins in it, and you read the stearates and all that stuff, and you get online and you search out the side effects of those. They're pretty nasty.
There is no lotion that's raw, that you can buy in the store. You have to make your own.
It’s illegal to make raw lotion.
See, when you cook a food, the plants eat strychnine, the mercury, the lead, the iron, all of those elements, they make food of. They make biochemical substances and they're of value when they're in their proper ratios and they're connected with vitamins and proteins and minerals and enzymes, they're not a problem.
But once you cook the food, you fractionate all those bonds. So, then the metals are just like they are in the earth and they're poison.
Protein
The lubrication formula works for hair. Protein makes hair grow fast. If I eat a pound/ pound and a quarter of meat a day, my hair grows an inch or more a month.
My nails, I have to cut them every 10 days when I'm eating that much meat. So, I usually eat a pound a day and it grows an inch a month.
That's a lot of hair.
Butter For Hair Growth
So, butter's incredible for the skin. Also a result of what happened was when I started using butter on those, the hair around grew twice as long and twice as fast. I thought I've just found a way, so I started putting it on my head and sure enough, my hair started getting thicker and more hair.
So, I was thinking, I don't know if it's because it called forth- cuz the body gets rid of a lot of toxic minerals by building them into hair. So, I didn't know if it was a result of all those injections, the toxic minerals going to the hair to be built and the butter allowing that process to happen, or it actually was helping the hair grow.
So, that is what I would have to experiment with in people, anybody wants to try those experiments, do them and let me know. Just start putting butter on your self and see what. Do keep a note of it and report to me cause this is the only way I get to learn.
Yours is not from the normal dryness, yours is from Mercury in your brain and aluminum. And that's until your body stops throwing it off, or you can handle it correctly out of the skin without breaking out. See, normally the body will build those toxins into the hair follicles and build it into hair. Yours is just coming out the skin. So you have good hair, but you don't have good skin.
So, most people will lose their hair because it builds into the follicles, damages the follicle. Yours is coming right outta your scalp, right outta your skin. And that's for every vaccine that you've ever had that much to went to your brain.
What you can do is put some bone marrow, rub oily bone marrow at room temperature, rub that into your scalp and see if that will strengthen the RNA and DNA, so you can lose hair instead of losing your scalp.
You need to find out whether you have low, medium or high porosity hair before you can find out the proper treatment.
If it’s low porosity that means your hair is greasy/oily and thin. Typically white people have hair like this, but not always. Most asians have hair like this.
You can remedy this with some protein treatments, but not too many because it can cause it to become dry, brittle and cause breakage.
If you have high porosity hair; think curly, dry, puffy or black people hair. It is very dry and does not hold onto moisture or oil well. Therefore, you are able to apply lots of oils and protein treatments whereas with other hair types this would overwhelm the hair and cause buildup.
I will be posting a few follow up articles to this one with self experimentation with some of the suggestions I listed around the end of the article, and hopefully a few others.
Lastly, I want to go over why you shouldn’t use commercial hair products and other considerations for hair care.
